Order Cancellation

Orders requesting cancellation, after B4 Life Creations has received payment and permission to process the order, will be cancelled within 24 - 48 hours of the request.

There will be a $7.00 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the order that is being cancelled.

If the order being cancelled is under the threshold of the minimum cancellation fee, then only the shipping applied to the purchase will be refunded and not the cost of the product.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for purchases made if it has been 30 days or more.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some products are non exchangeable.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Some health and personal care items

• Damaged or spoiled products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund after the 7-10 business days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If your refund is being transferred to your bank account, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a transactions are processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

B4 Life Creations is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Shipping times may vary depending upon where you live, therefor, affecting the overall time frame of your refund/exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. B4 Life Creations does not guarantee packages/items that are being returned to us.

Damage or Injury

B4 Life Creations shall not be held responsible for any injury related to the use of our products.

Many of our products are glass ware and are breakable. The customer should take proper care to ensure handling of glass is done in a safe manner.

In all cases, B4 Life Creations shall not be responsible for injury sustained due to the improper usage of any of our products.
